What to Expect

• Calls from Guests or Cast Members that wish to make reservations for Lodging, Dining Plans, Tickets, Air, Packages, or asking general questions those areas.

• Service Partners will service the Program by providing high level customer service to existing and new WDW Guests while matching their wishes and desires with relevant Walt Disney World products and services.


Customer Service for Tax Client

About the Client | An enterprise software company that develops financial and tax preparation software and related services for small businesses, accountants and individuals. Tax preparation software package and is one of the most popular income tax preparation software packages in North America. The software is designed to guide users through their tax returns step-by-step.


What to Expect

• Inbound phone and video customer service/technical support. Handle technical support questions via phone, with video capability - and occasional chat.

• Research, analyze and determine an appropriate course of action for tax customers.

• Interact with customers via phone focusing on software navigation questions as well as assisting customer with locating prior years’ returns and amendments.

• Serve as ambassador for the TAX brand; take a caring and empathetic approach to customer interactions and/or escalation to a higher level of expertise.

• Document all issues, resolution and follow up action.


About the Client | The nation's leading managed healthcare organization specializing in the management of non emergent healthcare transportation benefits. This client base consists of state and local government agencies (Medicaid agencies, transit authorities, school boards), managed care organizations and hospitals.


What to Expect

• This is a bilingual opportunity for English/Spanish speakers. Service Partners will need to speak Spanish fluently and pass an assessment in Spanish.

• Please note: all systems, certification and documentation are in English. However, Service Partners will need to assist customers in Spanish.

• Serve as an extension of the transportation client in helping connect individuals with the transportation needed to fulfill their medical needs.

• Interact with customers and providers, answering questions related to the appointment in question.

• Interact with a wide demographic , providing an exemplary level of customer service.
