What to Expect


• Inbound phone and video customer service/technical support. Handle technical support questions via phone, with video capability - and occasional chat.


• Research, analyze and determine an appropriate course of action for tax customers.


• Interact with customers via phone focusing on software navigation questions as well as assisting customer with locating prior years’ returns and amendments.


• Serve as ambassador for the TAX brand; take a caring and empathetic approach to customer interactions and/or escalation to a higher level of expertise.


• Document all issues, resolution and follow up action.
 

Inbound Sales & Customer Service

What to Expect

​

• Selling is a large part of being successful on this client program. Recognize
opportunities and incorporate upselling techniques by informing the customer of
additional products and services Badger Bob's offers to achieve enrollments.
Requirements are detailed in the metrics section of this Opportunity Announcement.


• While speaking to the customer, determine the immediate customer and/or Badger
Bob's need. In addition, the customer needs that are not immediately apparent must
be uncovered through a “consultative style” discussion with the customer. Examples
of things that might not be obvious include additional product and/or service
requirements or sales opportunities.


• De-escalating customer situations, assessing customer needs through providing
empathy, effective use of probing and listening skills, and working within Badger Bob's
policies to provide resolutions that appropriately balance the needs of the customer
and the company.


• Listen, assist, advise, empathize, de-escalate, and negotiate with customers in a
manner that creates goodwill, while balancing the needs of Badger Bob’s and its
customers. The capacity to quickly assess a given situation retain information
provided and make quick and accurate decisions are key skills for this role.


• Customer Satisfaction must be a priority in each interaction. An intrinsic belief that
relationships are built by putting yourself “in the customer’s shoes” and having the
expertise and judgment to determine whether current processes are the best solution.

• Establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with key contacts within
the organization (WFP, Contractors, Badger Bob’s Service Managers, Central
Administration, and Badger Bob's CC management teams) and work together to
ensure customers’ needs are a priority.


• Accurate and timely updating of customer accounts pertaining to service resolution
as required. Accurate data entry skills are essential.
