Given the nature of certain types of calls, some members may express feelings of distress, impatience, fear, or anxiety. This can pose a challenging situation to handle. However, the experience can also be highly rewarding - having the opportunity to provide valuable assistance to these members.

Navigate through multiple client systems by utilizing function keys to ensure accurate processing of ride transportation.
-
Collaborating with various departments within Modivcare to effectively address and resolve transportation and eligibility issues.
Inbound Customer Service
Work From Home • Full-time / Part-Time

What to Expect
On a day-to-day basis, Service Partners can expect to participate in the
following activities:
-
Handle customer inquiries regarding order status, membership, and/or marketplace orders for the Specialty Services – Escalations/Sales Audit Group (SAG)/Retail program
-
Create a case in the client system for every interaction
-
Research the customer’s account to accurately identify the best solution/answer for customer’s inquiry
-
Use client Knowledge Base to provide customers with accurate and complete information
-
Utilize Chat and Support Service resources when necessary
-
Handling inbound customer service phone calls about the client’s membership
-
program including but not limited to inquiries by the Client’s customers about membership status, replacement membership cards, and changing auto-renewal status
-
Assisting Client’s store managers and store booksellers with in-store customer questions
-
Providing support services for Client’s corporate sales customers
Sales and Inbound Customer Service

Sales and Inbound Customer Service

What to Expect
On a day-to-day basis, Professionals can expect to participate in the following activities:

This is a bilingual opportunity for English/Spanish speakers. Agents will need to speak Spanish fluently and pass an assessment in Spanish

Inbound Customer Service

What to Expect

Serve as an initial point of contact on banking inquiries and concerns.

Provide support for existing and prospective clients via inbound telephone calls.
-
Resolve concerns on retail, commercial, and online banking as well as bankcard, fraud, forgery, ID theft, policy, and procedural questions.

Identify cross-sell opportunities and make referrals as appropriate.
-
Provide accurate, confidential client service through bankcards, business online banking, or general servicing knowledge.
Outbound Medical Appointment Scheduling Sales
Work From Home • Full-time / Part-time

​What to Expect:
​​Professionals will focus on engaging with health plan members through outbound calls, playing a key role in scheduling In-Home Health Evaluations, and answering member questions, ensuring high-quality service and care. Be the “heart of Signify Health” when it comes to member interactions and satisfaction.
Responsibilities include the following:

Outbound Calls: You will make outbound calls to health plan members to schedule In-Home Health Evaluations.
-
Scheduling: You will arrange and coordinate the scheduling of the evaluations.
-
Member Communication: You will answer member questions and provide support.
Inbound Customer Service
Work From Home • Full-time / Part-time

​What to Expect:
​​On a daily basis, Professionals will perform services related to customer policies and procedures.
​

Respond to customer inquiries in the areas of fraud prevention, detection, and resolution. This may include emergency card replacement, emergency cash replacement, blocking lost or stolen cards, telephone-based activation, and the opportunity to offer value-added services to cardholders.
-
Provide cross-referral services with fraud management, outbound notifications detailing card stoppages, and evaluating transactions and spending history to assess the likelihood of fraud.
Inbound Customer Service (chat, email, and phone)

​What to Expect:
​​​On a day-to-day basis, Professionals can expect to participate in the following activities:

Interact with customers in Spanish and English primarily via chat, email, and phone, with a focus on registration support, login issues, and account setup. Note: to start, interactions will be primarily via chat and email, with phone to follow shortly after program launch
-
Guide users through the registration process step-by-step, offering clear, friendly, and accurate assistance
-
Provide consistent, high-quality support for questions related to course codes, access errors, profile settings, and product activation
-
Research, navigate, and troubleshoot technical and account-related issues using internal tools and knowledge resources
-
Log all interactions clearly, including detailed notes on the issue, resolution steps, and any necessary follow-up actions
Customer Sales & Customer Service
